Qualification Requirements for Respondents5.1 The respondent shall possess relevant qualifications, similar project experience, and the capability to perform the works required under this procurement.5.2 The respondent shall be a legally registered enterprise with independent legal entity status and the capacity to independently assume civil liabilities.5.3 The respondent shall maintain a sound financial accounting system and be in good financial standing.5.4 The respondent shall have no records of bid-rigging, fraudulent award acquisition, serious breach of contract, or other major violations within the past three (3) years.5.5 The respondent shall have a good record of tax payment and social security contribution in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.5.6 The respondent shall possess the equipment and professional technical capabilities necessary for contract performance.5.7 Within the past three (3) years prior to participation in this procurement activity, the respondent shall not have been listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement.
