It isorganized by the Jiangmen Urban Geographical Information Center andJiangmen Urban Planning & Survey Design Institute.(略)大赛主题Official Theme本次大赛主题为“侨都新韵·共绘美好”，旨在搭建全民参与城乡微更新设计平台，征集优质侨乡空间改造方案；挖掘本土规划设计人才，建立人民设计师人才储备库；择优转化落地可实施微空间改造方案，传承活化五邑侨乡文化，助推绿美广东、百县千镇万村高质量发展工程，构建共建共治共享城乡风貌提升长效机制，提升群众人居幸福感。Thetheme is "New Charm of Qiaodu · Painting a Better FutureTogether."The goal is to establish a platform for public participation inurban-rural micro-renewal design, soliciting high-quality renovationschemes for Qiaoxiang (Overseas Chinese Hometown) spaces. It seeks toidentify local planning and design talent, build a reserve pool of"People&#(略);s Designers," and facilitate the implementation offeasible micro-space renovation projects. By preserving andrevitalizing Wuyi&#(略);s Overseas Chinese culture, the competitionsupports the Green and Beautiful Guangdong initiative and thehigh-quality development of counties, towns, and villages. Contestants may eitherselect a "micro-space" renovation site based on localconditions or choose from the official recommended site list providedby the organizers (see download link).设计点位选取遵循“带动性强、文化性强、接地气”的原则，重点选取城市街角、老旧小区、闲置绿地、临街闲置微空间、历史文化街区、具有提升空间的城中村公共节点、美丽圩镇、农房风貌提升项目等。Siteselection adheres to the principles of strong catalytic potential,rich cultural relevance, and grassroots vitality.
